Cassie Hague of Washington University in St. Louis’ Office of Sustainability will lead Dr. Heather O'Leary's environmental anthropology class "Dimensions of Waste"  on a “waste walk” around campus to speak about ongoing projects. Her comments will be informed by her special interest in food waste on campus. The “waste walk” will offer a behind the scenes look at some of the university’s waste sites and practices. Group size is limited.
